Are you crazy about glass? Artist Anita Serafin is! Anita is the glass artist who creates these beautiful Flower Necklaces that we are now carrying here at the store! Anita creates each flower from powdered glass and fires them separately from the glass base – she refers to her pendants as “mini gardens!”

Each necklace is about an inch wide and 1.5 inches long and come on a lovely silver chain.

According to Anita, “I began creating fused glass art in 2001 and what began as a love of making glass beads and jewelry evolved into my forever love of making glass items!”

Many of you know that here at the store we make a concerted effort to bring in the work of Massachusetts, New England and American artists. Anita is a Penfield, New York-based artist and we think you will want to come in and see her necklaces!
